A Little Progress!

I have made some progress this week. One whole pound! I wouldn't say by any stretch of the imagination that I've put my all into the new program, but I've made some small changes. Here's what's worked for me this week:

I remember,when I did the Body for Life challenge, being allowed to binge on one day of the week. It requires a much more strict "diet" on the other six days, but if I can get my exercise to where it was during that time, I may have one day to just go for it.

Current Weight: 211 pounds

Weight loss so far: 1 pounds

Biggest Temptation: coke, juice

My treat: Nutrageous Minis

My best discovery: Counting calories actually motivates me to stay on track!
