Well, That's ONE Way of Putting It!

I thought this was an absolute hilarious way to break down my weight issue. Hilarious.

Based on your goal of BMI 24.5, your goal weight is 138.3 pounds. Preliminary research suggests that, on average, people rate both men and women as being most attractive around BMI 22, although a fair number of men rate women in the BMI 23-24 range as being most attractive.

You have 70.5 pounds of body fat to lose in order to reach your goal weight.

If a pound of your fat stores 3500 calories, you have 24700 calories of stored food on your body. That means you are carrying the equivalent of 1235 doughnuts (200 calories each) around with you at all times in the form of surplus body fat. If a famine were to start, these stored doughnuts would be very helpful for you because you could live off them for 3.6 months without eating a single thing. Your body would simply consume your 'doughnuts' (surplus body fat) to keep you healthy.
