Just about One Week

I thought this week was going to be so much harder than it has really been. My daily calorie limit is 1500. Here's how I did. I don't know why I didn't count Wednesday...oh, yes I do. I had to teach that night, so I got in late and didn't bother counting. Here are my totals:

Tues: 1531
Thur: 1484
Fri: 1390

I haven't felt particularly hungry. Water is my friend. And, my urge to binge on sweets is abated by the sense of accomplishment I feel when I realize that I'm pretty much on track.

This morning I even had a big chocolate chip cookie for breakfast. It was delicious, and I still came in under my calories for the day. This seems surprisingly do-able. I feel like I'm doing something wrong.

I weigh in Monday. I did sneak and weigh myself Wednesday, but I'm going to try not to be a slave to the scale. I'll let you know where I am come Monday.
